Hello, my name is Monika Nadia Gołębieska. I am a bodywork practitioner, psychologist, mother, and long-time student of movement and mindful connection with the body. My professional path is rooted in manual therapy, conscious touch, and the understanding of how physical tension, emotions, and life experiences shape the body.
For over 15 years I have been practicing yoga, and I teach various styles with a focus on safe, functional movement. I am the founder of Functional Yoga — an approach that integrates traditional elements of yoga with principles of functional training to support the body in a balanced and sustainable way.
Since 2015, I have been working as a therapist and massage practitioner. In my sessions I combine methods rooted in manual therapy and psychosomatics, including Myofascial Energetic Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Pin Therapy, mindful soft-tissue work, and elements of body-mind integration. I also draw from approaches such as Lomi Lomi Nui, Tantra practices, Reiki, Mindfulness, and Aromatherapy, adjusting each session to the individual needs of the client.
I work individually, guide workshops on conscious bodywork, and organize yoga retreats in Tenerife — creating spaces for deep rest, learning, and reconnection with the body. Outside of my therapeutic work, I am also fulfilled as a mother, which enriches my understanding of the body’s resilience, sensitivity, and inner wisdom.
